Delivery

Monday to Friday

For delivery addresses within Sydney, if orders are placed before 2:30pm, we can arrange same day delivery. If you place an order after 2:30pm, and would like the flower be delivered in the same day, please call us to confirm if this can be arranged.

Saturday

For delivery addresses within Sydney, if orders are placed before12 noon, we can arrange same day delivery. If you place an order after 12 noon and would like the flower be delivered in the same day, please call us to confirm if this can be arranged.

Sunday and Public Holidays

There is no delivery service on Sunday and Public Holidays uless on special days such as Mother's Day or Valentine's Day falling on a Sunday.

Non-Delivery
Regal Flower will try our best to deliver any gift, but we do not guarantee the delivery of product if one of the following occurs

If one of these instances occurs, we shall contact the sender to make alternate arrangements.

Substitution Policy

Every effort will be made to create an arrangement of the shape, size and colour and using any flower varieties specified, according to the image on our website.

On occasion it may be necessary to substitute some or all of the flowers used, due to issues on seasonal availability or regional supply availability. Regal Flower reserves the right to make fair and reasonable substitution according to situation.

In case of a substitution, we shall use flower of equal or higher value, and will keep with the theme of the flowers originally chosen, ensuring your message to the recipient is not lost.

Fees and Charges

Regal Flower includes all fee and charges in the value shown on our websites. You will pay no more than what you see on the product pages. We will not add anything on the last step of the shopping cart.

Refund and Cancellation

Regal Flower will process your order once received, hence it cannot be cancelled. In case of any problem, please call us on (02) 9663-2222 or email us sales@regalflower.com.au so we can determine the best solution to deal with it.

It is not normally our policy to refund the price of the product. However every customer and gift are individual, (and therefore may require a decision on a case-by-case basis), please call us on (02) 9663-2222 or email us sales@regalflower.com.au so we can determine the best solution to the problem. We are able to provide other solutions, such as resending the gift, or resending a different gift of the same value.
